I am a certified teacher k-12 in visual arts and have been teaching for the last ten years. I have an AA -Aeronautics, BA-Graphic Design, M.Ed.Art and MDiv degree. I have been tasked with improving the reading and writing skills of my students 9th through 12th grade. The majority of children are left brain thinkers and need to be challenged to utilize the right brain to evaluate, analyze, interpret, and understand the meaning of concepts and ideas. My experience has been working with at-risk students and working with student one-on-one. In addition, I have worked with students that needed to be prep for tutorial. My classroom experience has given me the opportunity to work with all level of students and their learning style.
