I am only 13 years old, but I have tutored for years. I always help my brother in 11th grade with homework and assignments. I get straight As, and I am in Gifted and Talented for all of my subjects. A Little Bit About Me...

I am in college as a senior this year. I am very good in Math and English. I took five semesters of French and still keep up with it every chance I can. I have tutored in pre-calculus with friends and helped a few in algebra. I adore math, to me it is simplistic and just one large logical problem. Explaining, showing, teaching, have always been something that I enjoyed doing. If I can pass on my knowledge to someone new then, my college hardships and achievements, were all worth it. It is up to educators to teach younger generations; without us they will not know anything. After all they, the younger generations, are our future. I believe that hands on, coupled with visual learning makes for the best recipe. This allows for students to engage physically, while connecting mentally. Upon graduting from college, I became an after-school tutor, grades 4-6, focusing on all levels of homework and emphasis on students who had particular needs. I entered the teaching field in 2005 as a high school English teacher in grades 9 and 12. I learned extensive outlets and skills in regards to test preparation, research, grammar, and real-world applications. My second and third year teaching was in an academy setting focusing on law. I taught grades 9, 10 and 12. There I was able to learn legal gargin, community involvement with our students and their education, and law papers.
