Most recently I have assisted with numerous collegic research papers, private violin lessons, 1:3 &1:1 ratio teaching of individuals with ASD or other related disorders, and teaching staff members professional, motivational, and specialized skills. In addition, I have multiple years of experience teaching life skills, I.e. Studying, writing, organizational & related skills, that are generalized in a variety of subjects. I received a BA in both English and Elem Education at Assumption College in Worcester MA. This has allowed me to qualify teaching at the Elem level, and also teaching English at the jr high and highschool level.I became a substitite for Gilford High right out of college. I worked as an eighth grade long term substitute for Math, Science and Social Studies for 5 months. Upon the teacher returning, I then worked as a 7th grade paraprofessional until we moved to Bakersfield, where I now have taught secod grade for the past two years at Carden School.I have worked with many different grade levels. I started teaching Sunday School when I was in Junior High. I taught a little boy in my class how to read and it was the most rewarding experience I have ever encountered. I have enjoyed a unique educational background, having been required to study all academic disciplines as an undergraduate. The benefits of this unique approach to education later inspired me to earn a Master's degree in the development of consciousness, which is the basis for the learning process. My studies have also included intensive foreign language courses at UCSC, the Goethe Institute, and M.U.M..
