I have wanted to be a teacher since I was in second grade. I think it is so important for children to be successful in school so they enjoy their experience and want to go to school. I believe that all children learn in different ways and I will work with you and and your child to help discover how they learn best. I will then create lessons based on their learning style, such as hands on learning. By doing this I have found that children are more successful when they learning in a way that works best for them.

I believe that one key to successfully helping children of all ages to learn, is a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Since every child learns differently, I always adapt my style of teaching a particular subject to best fit the needs of each individual. I have found that incorporating every day examples and scenarios into the concepts that a student is learning, can help them better understand the subject matter, and the application of these concepts.
