In 1984 and 1985, I taught for two years in the Lebanon, OH, Christian School, grades 4,5, & 6. For the past 10 years I have been teaching in the Weekend Degree Program at Xavier University, Cincinnati, OH. As an English major, I spent all 4 years at my private instutition tutoring my fellow students, not only in English and writing courses, but in all academic classes in which I had received a grade of "A" or "B". 3 of my 4 years at Lindsey Wilson were spent in the Education department, as I originally wanted to be a high school English teacher. I also spent several summers as a Camp Counselor, working with children aged 7-15 as well.
