Being exposed and working at different school districts and states allowed me to learn different styles, therefore, I was able to evaluate what works and adapt the techniques to my own style. I graduated from Southern CT State University in 2007 with a degree in Art Education. I have been teaching or substitute teaching in some capacity since my sophomore year of college. I have been exposed to several reading programs used in NEPA public schools. In addition to classroom experience, I have extensive experience working with students with ASD. I most recently worked as an ABA therapist. I am currently attending Misericordia University in pursuit of a Master's Degree in Special Education and anticipate graduation in December.

I personally designed my undergraduate degree. I believe this shows the value I place on personal initiative in education.
