I love English--creative writing (fiction, creative nonfiction, personal essay, poetry, etc.) in particular, but I am also experienced in the mechanics of analytical, literary, and compositional writing. I attended a preparatory school in Junior High and High School. I then went on to Mississippi College where I obtained a Bachelor degree in Home Economics with an emphysis on Fashion Merchandising. When I became a mom, I decided to home school my kids so that I could take an active part in their education and I could guide them in ways that someone else might not find interesting or important.
I love to learn and everyone learns differently. I believe that if the information is not being understood one way, then we need to find another way to instruct.
