As a Physics major I have a deep understanding of both mathematics and multiple fields of science. During my time as both a high school and college student I have tutored privately in subjects such as: Physics I and II; College Algebra, Calculus I, II and III; Differential Equations and many more upper-level physics and math courses. I have been an aerospace engineer for Boeing for three years. I love to learn math, and at the same time, it's a pleasure for me to teach math to others. When studying at MIT, I spent a year tutoring calculus, SAT II math, and logic. The tutoring felt easy and satisfying. I loved it.
I am a very patient tutor because I believe everyone can start as a blank slate and become a math expert. I feel that the foundational blocks of math often are not communicated well to students. I have a knack for seeing holes in their understanding and patching up the holes.
