I have been a dance teacher in both a private SACS accredited school and public school for a total of 20 years. I have taught all ages, as I am certified K-12. In my tenure as an electives teacher, I have been required to teach content skills in both math and reading. Most recently, I was a lead teacher for a preschool where I prepared students to enter kindergarten. I have always thought of myself as a progressive teacher. I always thought children could learn to do anything they were asked to do. With a BS in Physics and a Masters in Business I greatly enjoy the challenge of academics. I have a Bachelor's degree in Art and Design and have used my degree in the fields of Photography and Graphic Design.
