I enjoy teaching and working with young adults. I am a Christian and I believe in patients, consideration, and encouragemet. Since I was a chemistry/science teacher, I believe in hands on learning and of course discovery. I brought real life experiences into my lesson plans because I have years of experience as a chemist. I am currently a Senior at Bethel College. I will recieve a bachelor's in Psychology at May 1, 2011. I have been tutoring since the summer of 2010. I tutored pre-algebra this summer during my internship at Bashor Children's Home in Goshen Indiana. I am currently tutoring College Pre-Algebra at Bethel College. I have excelled in Written Communications 3, Reseach Methods, College Statistics, and the psychology courses that I have taken. I have also taken 4.5 years of Spanish. I am well capable to tutoring in any of the subjects that I have mentioned.
I enjoy tutoring those who are in Middle School or High school. I feel as though they tend to have a higher capacity for sustaining attention.
