Most of my life has been dedicated to the piano. I love music and love to teach it. I feel that music is one of the most important attributes a person can attain. I have been playing the piano for 28 years, of which 19 have been spent teaching. I have taught students ranging in ages 4 years old to 75 years old. I love to teach piano. It is one of the best jobs I have ever had. I try to teach my love of music to my students so they can share the same appreciation that I do. I teach sightreading as well as ear training. I also teach improvisation methods. I believe children can express themselves while playing the piano in ways they were never able to before.

I believe however the child needs the information, is how I will teach. Children have many different styles of learning and you have to be flexible for them to become successful. I believe Mathematics can be fun and entertaining. I want the best for every child out there. I worked at Learning Center in Tupelo, MS for a year as a proctor for government issued tests and a mathematics tutor. I have not received my Elementary Education Bachelor's Degree yet, however, I am in the process of receiving it. I will graduate Dec. 2011. I have taken 21 hours in Mathematics so far at the college level, and love working with children. I have had to tutor from first grade to college level. I know that I do not have my Bachelor's yet, but maybe I could at least be reviewed. Thank you for your time.
