Experience Summary
Most of my life has been dedicated to the piano. I love music and love to teach it. I feel that music is one of the most important attributes a person can attain. I have been playing the piano for 28 years, of which 19 have been spent teaching. I have taught students ranging in ages 4 years old to 75 years old.
Teaching Style
I love to teach piano. It is one of the best jobs I have ever had. I try to teach my love of music to my students so they can share the same appreciation that I do. I teach sightreading as well as ear training. I also teach improvisation methods. I believe children can express themselves while playing the piano in ways they were never able to before.
