I will graduate from the College of Saint John’s University this spring with a major in English Education. Classes I have taken at CSB/SJU include extensive English and Education courses and a continuation of Spanish education. I worked as a paid English tutor during my 4-year college career through Upward Bound Tutoring program. I fell in love with helping middle school and high school aged youth in a small group and one on one setting. I find my favorite moments of education to be in a one-on-one or small group setting. I've been a musician for 30 years, recording, performing, touring, producing and composing. The City Pages chose me as it's 'Jazz Musician of The Year' in 2004 and I have been awarded McKnight and Jerome fellowships. I have graduated from Metropolitan State University with a bachelor's degree in Finance. I used to work as an on-site property manager at Golden Globe Apartment Company in Vietnam for 8 months.
