A Little Bit About Me...

Over the years I have found math and reading/writing to be important skills and they were amongst the most useful tools I had ever learned. Over the years it has served we well and I enjoy teaching the material to younger people while explaining to them its benefits, but also allowing them to have a skill that will serve them well. I have a great deal of patience, compassion and understanding with younger people because I realize that everyone learns at different rates. I enjoy teaching children of all ages. I believe that a good teacher is one that can reach any child regardless of how that specific student learns best. One thing that I have found that works best is finding out the many interests of a student and then using those interests to engage the child.
