Based on my inherent interest in the natural sciences, I decided early on to pursue a BS in Biology at Stony Brook University. While attending, my academic excellence in Chemistry allowed me to work as a Teaching Assistant for General Chemistry as well as Organic Chemistry courses. Following graduation, I opted to enroll in the graduate program in Biomedical Engineering at Cornell University, thereby combining my knowledge of Biology with my interest in Engineering. There were approximately 14 Seniors in the class and we utilized all of the Office programs from the creation of letterheads to the writing of business correspondence to mythical persons about various subjects. Subsequently I tutored high school seniors for the Princeton Review, an SAT prep business, for about a year and a half.
