A Little Bit About Me...

As you can see, I have had very little tutoring experience, but my desire and passion has always been to share my knowledge and skills with those who need assistance in the area of accounting. I have done much volunteer work in my field of accounting and business administration via not much with tutoring. I would enjoy, appreciate and count it a blessing to be able to share and in part my educational experience and knowledge with student of all grade levels. I have many aspirations and goals and one of them is teaching in my field of accounting and maybe this is the door that will lead me into that direction. I have a wealth of experience in tutoring other students. As a student ambassador at Sanford Brown College, I volunteered my time in tutoring over 100 adult students in both math and accounting courses. Nearly 95% of those students received passing grades in the courses I tutored in. The majority of the students I tutored were taking Algebra, a subject that many of them hadn't been exposed to for up to 30 years. As a graduate student at Webster University, I work part-time as a peer tutor for other graduate students. I currently tutor at Webster in the subjects of Accounting, Finance, Advanced Corporate Finance, and Business Statistics.
