I also recruited numerous individuals for a major telecommunications company for over a year. I know what an employer is looking for on a resume and what they do not want to see. I am a very friendly and patient individual. Since I specialize in tutoring elementary children to adults,I understand I am going to have different methods of teaching. For all my students, I try to find out what their weakness and strengths are. I attempt to have them notice it as well; that way we can work together as a team. For children, I always have some type of reward or goal for them to strive for. For example, I would remind the student that after they finish their assignments they would receive a sticker, lollipop (under parent permission), or medal.I have found children love recognition. Individualized learning/teaching for optimal comprehension

I started tutoring in my teens helping young children with Autism Spectrum Disorders develop English and Math skills as well as speech therapy and public speaking. I tutored my fellow students while attending Carroll Community College in English 101 and 102 as well as Creative Writing. I then moved on to being a one on one with high school students with special needs in the Baltimore area.
