My comments on tutoring Special Education : Chess

I am from Kazakhstan but familiar with chess in US. My title is candidate master with FIDE ELO 2236, the information about me is on the website http://ratings.fide.com/card.phtml?event=13700820 My last succesful FIDE rated games are on the website http://ratings.fide.com/view_games.phtml?id=137008 20&name=%22Ten__Viktor(KAZ)%22 where I reached the IM norm. I spent about about 10 months in Cornell University in 2008-2009 years as Fulbright Visiting Scientist with doing chess things, mainly, in Syracuse University.
