My comments on tutoring Sociology : As a psychologist I also have studied sociology extensively.

I have extensive experience in all areas of psychology and am a practicing School Psychologist. I have expertise in special education, special needs (Autism, ADHD, behavioral issues, Asperger's, learning disabilities, emotional disabilities, etc. I also have expertise in teaching organization skills, study skills and test preparation. A Little Bit About Me...

I stumbled upon the joy of teaching as I helped others learn to dive recreationally in my early 20’s. When I began my real estate career, I worked primarily with first time home buyers, whom I educated constantly. With the housing market collapse my desire to instruct in this manner grew as I segued into the insurance industry, and was given an opportunity to open a branch office and personally train over 50 agents in a one on one capacity over the course of two years. I still currently educate a class of insurance agents every few weeks on the complexity of products available to individuals in the market, and how to sell them, while sharing a few life lessons along the way. I have a passion for science and learning. I love to take my passion and pass it on to my children. My method of teaching is to take difficult concepts and break them down into something that is understandable. I will not quit until I feel that the children have a good grasp of the material. I know that children have different ways of learning the material. I like to incorporate visual, hands on, and auditory into all of my lessons.
