My favorite jobs that I have had dealt with working with children. I love working with children and making a difference in their lives. When training employees, my teaching style has always been to learn by doing. I believe that people do best in learning a new task when one explains the task before doing, then shows how to do the task while explaining, and then asks the trainee to do the task with guidance.
