A Little Bit About Me...

I am presently working as a substitute teacher. I am certified to teach mathematics in 7th to 12th grades. I have recently passed the Praxis II tests to teach science in 7th to 12th grades. I teach almost every day and I usually teach math or science classes. Previously I worked as an engineer. During this time I mentored and trained new engineers.

I have always loved working with children and their families. I Graduated from the Licking County JVS (C-TEC) in 1997 with a 2 year certification in Early Childhood Education. I have also been trained in first aid,and CPR. After graduating I worked for 2 years as an Assistant Teacher for L.E.A.D.S Head Start at their Buckeye Lake and Pataskala centers. I also worked part time as an Assistant Teacher at the Fun Time School in Hebron Ohio for one year.
I like teaching and working with children. I'd like to help as many children as possible learn to read. Reading is key to having a good education, and success.
