In high school I helped tutor younger children. My freshmen year of college I volunteered as a tutor at Ely Chapman. I am currently a teaching assistant for an Anatomy lab. All of my experience has been one-on-one tutoring and I typically take a hands on approach to learning. I have enjoyed teaching tennis classes and do so mainly by explanation and examples. I show an example of the process completely through and then break down the process into parts, showing each part in slow motion and then once the pieces are grasped by the student, blend them back into one smooth motion.
