I like to teach ESL from the Communicative Competence ideal. Integrating reading writing speaking listening into thematic units. Learning a new language requires hands on experience. Teaching Style I prefer to let students learn according to their style of learning. Fortunately, with my MBA almost completed, I am a master in learning during crunch time. As a tutor, I will first identify the existing learning gaps from the student. Then I would arrange the sequence of the learning objectives, and the time necessary to complete these objectives.
