I have a Writing Minor, and I am well- trained in not only creative writing, but writing non-fiction work and journalism styled writing. I have also written several short scripts, some of which have been performed by a small group of students for an audience. I worked as a substitute teacher for a charter high school in St. Louis, MO directly out of undergrad. I taught most subjects including Biology, Chemistry, Algebra, History and Language Arts. I feel comfortable in my ability to teach most subjects and have no issue working in difficult classrooms as I have grown accustomed to such environments working in St. Louis.
