I believe that there is no such thing as a "bad" student/child. There are children that need more help and attention than others but everyone deserves the same amount of effort. I am very patient and laid back and really want to provide the best care possible to all children that I teach. I believe that students learn best when they are completely involved in the lesson. A Little Bit About Me...

I knew that I wanted to share what I was passionate about with others before I completed my undergraduate program in biology with certification cum laude.  Once I earned my bachelors of science degree, I pursued my masters program slowly having the opportunity to incorporate my love for the ocean and earning an Eisenhower Fellow at the same time.  My masters of science degree is in the natural sciences.  Although I have taught science and math to both public and private classes, grades 7-12, today, I am the vocational/educational specialist for a group home for young mothers as well as a town tutor.

A Little Bit About Me...

I am a recent graduate of the University of Hartford. I have a dual certification in Special Education and Elementary Education. I have taught in both Urban and Suburban areas in grades K, 1, 2,5,6, and 7. I have also tutored children in grade 4 and peers at the college level. I have tutored all elementary subjects and at the college level I have tutored in English and World History.
