Trigonometry is one of my top subjects! I enjoy teaching trigonometry because of its many applications in Physics. The tenants of trigonometry are vital to understanding a host of other processes.

Problem solving is the best way to learn a technical skill. For instance, in mathematics homework usually consists of a set of problems that the student must solve. By watching how students approach and solve these problems, I can both assess the student's understanding of the material and help them make the logical connections needed to better understand the material. Additionally, I encourage students to adopt the mentality that science and math can actually be fun and a worthwhile use of time.

I believe in Minimalism. I tutor Math from the point of view that the shortest path is the best path but everyone learns differently and finding the right method for my students is one of my main goals when tutoring.
