My satisfaction in teaching comes from the fact that I can pass my knowledge on to students in search of their potential goals. I utilize an open door policy and the attitude that if I am posed with a question and do not have the answer "I will find that answer" and isure the student understands the value of this type of honesty and integrity.I approach each student based on his or her own merits and learning capacity.
During the past twenty five years I have mentored, taught and managed the art of dealing within the business arena. In addition the same goes for my ability to teach the fine art of sales both in the normal business world but the agriculture industry to include propagation and distribution. My most rewarding experience was lecturing the graduating class at St. Josephs University, Philadelphia, PA. the various methods of Aqriculture Sales.

My academic experience in both Chemical Engineering (BS) and Biomedical Engineering (MS) have given me strong background in math and sciences. As an undergraduate, I was fortunate to be part of a Chemical Engineering mentor program where I tutored underclassmen in the fundamentals of engineering. During my graduate stay, I was TA for undergrads and lead recitation sessions to help students prepare for subject matter. I also have industry experience in semiconductor field which has allowed me to work in teams of highly educated and experienced individuals and given me opportunity to be strong communicator and contributor.

I supervised undergraduates in organic chemistry labs, graded exams, led recitation sections and graded homework for both organic and general chemistry lecture courses. I developed and presented a chemistry class for HP technicians, and was the HP Education Liaison for the University of Oregon.
