I know the different learning styles of visual, auditory and kinestetic are important to identify with the student to help them achive thier ultimate learning experience. I strive to identify these styles and bring out the best in each student.
I have three children who my wife and I have homeschooled over the past ten years. I have an associates degree of applied science and criminal justice and a bs in interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis area on criminology, sociology and business. I am currently working as a Spanish Interpreter at Friendship Community Care in Russellville, Arkansas, and I have earned a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish at Arkansas Tech University, which has enabled me to increase my knowledge of the Spanish language. I am also currenty studying to receive a Master's Degree in English-TESOL option, which is Teaching English to Students of Other Languages (the same as ESL).
Working as a Spanish Interpreter, I work with pre-school aged children. I work with them during their therapy time, especially in Speech Therapy. I enjoy being able to help these young students overcome many obstacles that they are facing. I am very patient with them and considerate of their different needs.
