I really enjoy teaching math. I enjoy the challenge of finding ways to help students of various learning styles to understand. I feel that patience and consistency are important virtues to exhibit when teaching. The learning environment is also important. It should be conducive to learning and not overly distracting. I enjoy seeing students learn concepts that they didn't know before and getting excited about their new understanding.
I have much experience teaching math to students of various learning styles. I believe working one-on-one with students can make a huge difference to help a students make progress. I think learning should be fun, and it can be fun if you go about it the right way. When teaching students, I provide a lot of student support, while expecting the students to work hard. I know that students can make progress and I am excited to help students make that progress.
