I feel that the biggest change for good that any one of us can make is in the lives of the children we find around us. I love teaching. I believe that any child can learn if given the right motivation, tools, and environment. The greatest success any teacher or educator can achieve is to have the child get excited about learning. Through the course of my study, I have learned how to be a better writer, understand and appreciate literature, religions, and cultures of the world. For my last two years at BYU-Idaho, I worked at the university's Writing Center. A Little Bit About Me...

I received high scores on the PSAT and ACT while in high school. I can provide proof of these if necessary. I received a 31 on the ACT (I would need to verify this, but I believe it is correct). I can teach students how to prepare for any test, including the ACT, GMAT, and SAT. I graduated from BYU Idaho in the top 5% of my class. I taught an intro class for incoming freshmen for 1 credit hour. I taught a LEED test prep class with 100% pass rate for all attendees. I have done informal tutoring in math, and I have received As in all math classes up to Calculus I. I have taught dance and art classes to pre-k and elementary children. I have given piano lessons and trained for 13 years.
