English ESOL is one of my top subjects! In 2012 I received my TEFL certification from the International TEFL Academy. Since that time I have been teaching English as a second language in Costa Rica with two language institutes. I have experience with all levels of English proficiency. My Bachelor's degree is in Speech-Language Pathology, making my specialty teaching English pronunciation and conversation. I believe that learning English should be enjoyable, so I cater my classes to each student's learning style and interests.

Fall 2011 - ESOL Tutor - I met weekly with an ESL peer in my university to teach her English communication skills, specifically in the area of articulation and language. July-November 2012 - English Tutor - Through Universidad Nacional's Exchange program, I met weekly with university-aged peers to strengthen their English conversational skills and grammatical concepts. Education in my life has been my number one motivating factor for success. Throughout my educational career I have always been organized and a group leader when it came to helping my fellow students with projects/homework/studying, etc. For many years I tutored individuals in English, Math, Social Studies/History, German, Psychology and Arts.
