As a certified teacher I taught for 3 years in inner city Phoenix. I worked with diverse cultures needing strong literary support. A self written curriculum designed includes strong phonics, vocabulary, reading and grammar. 2 years experience as a tutor for the AZ Dept. of Ed. for Math and Language Arts for 8-12th . Math courses taught included lectured instruction & centered learning. Hands on experiments are vital to making a visual/ life connection. I taught evening classes for Wildlife Conservation & Life Sciences to grades 5- 6 inner city youth. I have taught Autism for 3 years prior to Phoenix and other disabilities 5 years prior to that.
