Working with children has always been my passion. I use a variety of teaching styles and methods for children. I use various styles of music, composers and performers in lesson plans. Currently I am using books on music and musicians as part of my lesson plans. I believe literature is extremely important in teaching children. I am direct with children in my classroom. A Little Bit About Me...

I have been a gymnastics instructor for about eight years which has helped in shaping my teaching style. I love to push children in a supportive manner so that they can believe in themselves and truly get the most of their education. On top of teaching for the semester in Costa Rica, I also worked for a company called "Mad Science" for almost two years now.
