As an engineer and attorney, I have tutored while a student in college and while mentoring technician candidates as they returned to school to obtain associate degrees in technical subjects. I also undertook to write a sylabus and class concept for two new classes on technical subjects that I had approved and taught at Massachusetts Bay Community College. As a graduate student at Bay Path College in Longmeadow, MA I have mastered the fields of finance, accounting, technical writing, and computer skills. As a paralegal, my attention to detail has allowed me to master all rules of grammar and language format. While attending undergraduate school in Colorado I tutored classmates in Spanish, Italian, and writing. Following my graduation from the University of Connecticut I pursued a career in the insurance industry but have also spent time working as a youth group leader and worked as a part-time tutor for several years. While living in Connecticut I tutored homebound high school age children who were either out on medical leave or expelled for disciplinary purposes.
