Intervention Specialist - Tutor Grades K-12

I tend to use three different teaching styles. Demonstrator or Personal Model, Facilitator and Delegator. However, I find that students learn best when teaching styles best match the students learning styles.

This helps the student to feel comfortable so they can ask questions, even those they may feel to be stupid.
