The very first task is to assess the student's age and learning style. Once this is determined I select the teaching style to best accomodate the student's needs. Although I have used Expert and Formal formats, I prefer to incorporated Personal and Facilitator styles. Personal establishes a prototype for how to think and behave. I have an Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor degree in Mathematics Education. I was a math tutor and math teaching assistant at Daemen College.
