I am a graduate student. I have a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science. I plan to apply to medical school the next application cycle. I have five younger siblings who were home schooled. I have tutored students from the age of 5 to 65, from elementary through college. My masters degree will be in education.

I always adapt my teaching style to fit the student. I am willing to do just about anything to help a student learn a subject, so long as that student is as dedicated to learning it as I am to teaching it. It takes two people working together in order to have a sucessful tutoring session. I have tutored most subjects in both in middle school and high school. My most recent experience was tutoring psychology and spanish at the college level. I do not hold a teaching certificate, but I do love to teach.

I have been involved in a lot of activities and feel the best way to teach is to relate to the student. I believe all students are capable of learning the material; it just has to be presented in a way they understand. I received my BS degree in 2007 in pre-medicine. I majored in pre-professional zoology and I have a minor in biochemistry. I also worked at the Talent Development Center as a tutor for biology, botany, chemistry and biochemistry. I have a strong background in all science courses and maintained a 3.87 GPA throughout college.
