My comments on tutoring Marketing : I have worked as graphic designer in marketing so I am knowlegable of this subject.

I like to work one on one with people. I am usually the go to for questions about "how" to do something.
I am proficent in the Adobe Creative Suite. I have been in charge of design and layout of many projects for various companies. Projects include but are not limited to posters, brochures, direct mail pieces, advertisements, flyers, promotional materials, coins or medals, magazines, multimedia and web design. I spent 4-5 hours in the classroom (daily) as an assistant and tutor/mentor in language arts classes grades 6-8. As a teacher, classroom experiences have made me realize all students do not learn the same fashion. Some students are more aggressive and advanced but there are those who are silent and will not speak out about difficulties understanding competencies. I prefer not to embarrass those students but give them the opportunity to learn one-on-one. While some students have a difficult time with teacher/student ratio, I like to give the option of working with another student who may understand the content and can teach another peer. In addition, students need to connect content with real world examples that I bring to the classroom. Students comprehend what they understand and identify.
