I began teaching as a college sophomore at MIT. For 9 years, I taught primarily Multivariable Calculus, but also single-variable Calculus, Linear Algebra, and several writing courses. Since graduating, I have been involved in various volunteer tutoring efforts. My minors are in Math, German, and Writing. I happen to be a black female, the first to earn bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees in Mechanical Engineering at MIT. I am happy to work with anyone, but I might be a particularly meaningful match for a minority or female student.
