My teaching style is to lecture with examples while students are following the process and understanding what needs to be done and how. Then myself and the students do the hands on together so they can either do the exercise from memory or follow my directions. Once the exercise is complete, I give them time to do it themselves. Microsoft Excel is one of my top subjects!

Collaborative style, very hands on with pre-built example workbooks for students to tinker and tweak. I try to boil things down as simply as possible to make every concept as understandable as possible.
After I completed my degree, I started working in the government contracting industry as a number cruncher (Pricing Analyst) for proposals.
