Then myself and the students do the hands on together so they can either do the exercise from memory or follow my directions. Once the exercise is complete, I give them time to do it themselves. Microsoft Excel is one of my top subjects!

Collaborative style, very hands on with pre-built example workbooks for students to tinker and tweak. I try to boil things down as simply as possible to make every concept as understandable as possible.
After I completed my degree, I started working in the government contracting industry as a number cruncher (Pricing Analyst) for proposals.
