I like to accommodate to a child's personality and likes to help them to learn through distinct processes. I explore their previous knowledge and build on that, avoiding either boring them or talking over their heads. I listen, we laugh, and then I reel them in, constantly showing them how my goals are relevant to their ultimate desires.
