My comments on tutoring Hebrew : I only speak, read and write daily-use Hebrew. I can read the Torah.

I teach immersion language arts with physical response. I have created numerous short stories for both children and adults as part of curriculum development. I teach academic English using perfect grammar, not common street talk. My aim is to get you hired by top corporations.
I have taught English, Chinese and Business Management for over nine years. I am a public speaker. I use PPT presentations. I love working one on one with students, from elementary school to college level. It is such an extraordinary feeling to pass on a love of reading and writing to a child, or to watch an older student recognize that they can master a subject and succeed. I strongly believe in cross-disciplinary education, wherein students can apply what they've learned in one subject to another. I believe in fostering creativity and individuality as well as proper grammatical construction. A Little Bit About Me...

As a child of a university professor and preschool director, education has always been a focal point of my life. I began teaching and tutoring during college, both in religious and secular settings. I have taught music, Hebrew and Judaic Studies to 3rd, 6th, and 9th graders. I also spent several months tutoring high school students in math, science, English and history.
I strongly believe that the key to success in teaching is flexibility. Each and every student has a different style of learning and the successful teacher must be able to adapt to those styles. I believe that it is important to be patient and to meet students where they are. Students must be given constant positive feedback and motivation. When students know that I care about their education, they care as well.
