I have recently retired from the U.S. Army as a medic. During my service, I was frequently responsible for both formal and informal teaching and training. I learned to easily adapt to various learning styles, learning barriers, and researching subjects. While still in the service, I utilized my lunch breaks and evenings to further my education and emerged with my AA and completed Nurse Assistant training while still serving and my BS only one year later; two months after retiring. I´ve been teaching since 10 years ago. I´ve been teaching from 1st grade to 12th grade. I was teaching stimulation with music at a special school for kids with disabilities, I was there 5 years, it was in Mexico. I worked with ADD, Autism, Asperger's, Dyslexia, and others. And my other experience was with normal kids teaching music.
I love teaching with children, they can be a better people than us, if we are a good teachers for them. Every child is a great person in the future and they have potential for learning.
