Some students are more aggressive and advanced but there are those who are silent and will not speak out about difficulties understanding competencies. I prefer not to embarrass those students but give them the opportunity to learn one-on-one. I believe I have a great teaching style which enables me to relate concepts in a way that any new student to chemistry can understand. A Little Bit About Me...

I have an earned M.S. and B.S. in Applied Mathematics which have given me the needed skills to work with students. I also have worked in a Math tutoring lab for about a year. In addition, I have taught a summer algebra class as well as graded statistics papers for professors.
I really love helping students understand the material. One rule that I do have is that students should at least try and not be lazy about the matter. I remember seeing one quote way back when I first started mathematics, "Mathematics is not a spectator sport."
