CAD is one of my top subjects! I am at a professional level product and mechanical designer with an Associates Degree in Mechanical Drafting from an accredited state school. Coupled with various certifications in SolidWorks, AutoCAD 2D and Inventor 3D. I have 15+ years experience using these programs in the manufacturing environment and have taught many tips and tricks of the trade to new CAD users.

My preferred style of teaching is one that motivates the student(s) to invest in themselves by asking questions, extensive practice and having an open mind as to the learning process. I do not perform the work assignments nor give out the correct procedures just for the sake of getting through to the end.
Spanning 15 years on the job application of 3 different CAD packages affords me the ability to offer training at a level not available in a standardized classroom setting. Using Computer Aided Drafting Design has allowed me to help create scores of new jobs and brought ideas to life resulting in deep satisfaction equal to that of any publicly displayed artist works.

I have 15 years of experience in both formal training through high school and some college along with work experience in different fields. A Little Bit About Me...

I have had experience as a teacher for 2 years. My employer was Metro Nashville public school and they certified me to teach mathematics to grades 9th through 12th. As a teacher I taught geometry at Mcgavock Comprehensive High School and algebra and geometry at Whitescreek High School.
I enjoy finding out a student’s area of difficulty and address it directly. Students have different learning styles, it easy for me teach in a variety of styles so that to make sure my students understands. I do also apply almost everything I teach to real world situations, for example most young students may think that learning about triangles will not benefit his/her career in business.
