I started my Bachelors of Music as a Music Education major, but changed to Music Business in my sophomore year. Both of my majors gave me the knowledge skills to understand many different areas of the arts. I've worked as a substitute for nearly 18 years(1974-1992) in the Champaign-Urbana area school districts in Illinois, as well as a private music instructor, and as a class guitar instructor before moving to Nashville in 1996. I've done in home tutoring for students that were homebound for various reasons. I have great communications skills either working one on one or, in a class environment and have developed extensive grammatical skills through the writing of various research papers as a part of both my musical and educational college backgrounds.
