From past tutoring experiences, I have discovered that all people have the ability to learn, but each person learns in their own way. My tutoring method is a direct reflection of the way in which I was taught. Asking questions is strongly encouraged, and I work to help students answer their own questions rather than simply providing the solution. I am also a firm believer that visualizing a problem and/or breaking it down into smaller segments enhances the learning experience and promotes long-term knowledge retention.
