My comments on tutoring Portuguese : Brazilian Portuguese

Normally I start my lessons with phonetics. I think this is the basis of learning Portuguese and it will give you confidence to keep on learning. Then I will introduce reading (you will be amazed how phonetics can help you with this!), grammar, vocabulary and conversation. Of course, I can add any other subject such as vocabulary for business, knowledge of the culture, customs, etc.

A Little Bit About Me...

I am 15yo and I just moved to USA, I am from Brazil (Sao Paulo). I am in high school so the time of the classes would be either weekdays after 3:30 pm or weekends. Because I am not a certified teacher my metod to teach is more casual and variable depending on the needs of the student. Probably this metod would be the best for kids and teenagers.
