I am a retired Special Education teacher. I was employed by Madison Consolidated Schools until this past June. The first 24 years of teaching was in an elementary school with experience in grades 1 - 6. I then moved to the Junior High School for the last nine years of my career. I spent the majority of these years with 6th grade students teaching math and Language Arts. I earned a bachelors degree in Elementary Education with special attention to reading from Purdue University.
